AZ-Oiltrans is a Kazakhstan-based company that owns and operates 25 petroleum storage and distribution facilities across Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, the US, and Russia. With over 7.5 million barrels of bulk fuel stored in our advanced storage tanks, we offer comprehensive solutions for fuel management. For our ethanol and biofuel supply, our terminals feature multi-modal capabilities, including pipeline, truck, rail, and light oil barges, as well as state-of-the-art blending processes. Additionally, AZ-Oiltrans has third-party agreements throughout the Netherlands, allowing us to market from nearly 20 terminals. Our tanks are connected to pumps that supply long-distance pipelines via subterranean transfer pipes. These pipes are centrally operated remotely and run between the tanker pier and the tanks. This system allows for the movement of various grades of crude oil to different portions of the tank farm, enabling us to achieve specific desired characteristics and qualities in the crude oil and feedstock. Furthermore, crude oil can be transported to and from storage caverns via the tanks, ensuring seamless operations.

Technical Management

AZ-Oiltrans has a dedicated division responsible for both technical management and third-party technical management of our storage facilities. A key function of our technical department is to ensure that our operations—particularly those involving ships—are optimized from both a technical and economic perspective. This division is also responsible for tank maintenance and overseeing customer-related functions in the construction of storage tanks. We diligently monitor the technical condition of our facilities, the performance of all units and mechanisms, and ensure that any necessary maintenance is carried out promptly. The management of AZ-Oiltrans firmly supports the implementation of these policies, and we rely on the collaboration of all employees and stakeholders to maintain and build the trust of our clients.
